1. The Service

Reputeo provides reputation monitoring reports, alerts, and custom analysis services based on publicly available business data and user-provided inputs. All outputs are informational and do not constitute professional or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are authorized to request monitoring for any business you submit and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Billing, subscriptions, and fulfillment

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis via Stripe unless canceled prior to renewal.
• You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
• The Reputeo $99 Sprint Service is a one-time, custom digital service that begins immediately upon payment confirmation and is delivered upon completion of analysis and report generation.
• By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that fulfillment begins immediately and constitutes service delivery once reports are sent to your provided email.
• If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@getreputeo.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

4. Service delivery

All Reputeo services are delivered digitally via email. Delivery is considered complete once reports or alerts are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Reputeo is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email information, spam filtering, or user-side issues.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any third-party rights.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

6. Data limitations

Data may vary in availability and accuracy depending on third-party sources. Reputeo does not control external platforms and is not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Reputeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
